Not a long one, but the latency count would certainly qualify as a catch in baseball or football, so it should count for standing too.

Reading together

Reading time is not so much about content yet.  It is more about being close to mommy, practicing manipulation of pages, exploring the colors and objects on the pages, and plenty of distraction.

Improved eating

With a couple weeks of practice, Haven has vastly improved her ability to pick up cheerios, get them into her mouth, and actually chew them.  The next challenge is to get her to slow down with her new found talents.

Not Standing

Late last week, Haven started standing without support for up to 20 seconds at a time.  We played a game in which she stood holding our hands, then we let go and she stayed upright, and wide-eyed, until she couldn't hold it anymore.  This week, we have tried a half-dozen times to catch the game on video without success.  She is declining to show off this skill for now.
